These terms govern the services provided by R.krishnam events & SFX ("we", "us") to you ("client"). By enquiring, confirming a booking or making a payment, you agree to these terms.
Our services
We provide event planning, design, decor, production, special effects and coordination services for weddings, corporate events, celebrations and destination events. The exact scope, deliverables and price for your event are set out in the proposal or quotation we share with you, which forms part of these terms.
Enquiries and quotations
Prices shown on the website or in brochures are indicative and depend on date, venue, guest count, scope and season. A quotation is valid for the period stated in it and is subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
Booking and payment
- A booking is confirmed only when the agreed advance is received and we confirm it in writing.
- The payment schedule is set out in your proposal. Unless stated otherwise, the balance is due before the event date.
- Applicable taxes are charged as per law.
- Any additional work requested after confirmation will be quoted separately and billed extra.
Changes and cancellation
Changes to date, venue, scope or guest count must be requested in writing and are subject to availability and revised pricing. Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate details, approvals and content on time so that we can deliver on schedule.
- Obtain venue permissions, society or authority approvals and licences that are the venue's or your responsibility, unless we have agreed in writing to arrange them.
- Ensure the safety and conduct of your guests, and be responsible for any damage caused by you or your guests to venue property or hired equipment.
Vendors and third parties
Where we engage venues, caterers, artists, photographers or other vendors on your behalf, we do so with reasonable care, but their services are governed by their own terms. We are not liable for a third party's independent acts or omissions.
Special effects and safety
Special effects, pyrotechnics and similar elements are delivered subject to venue permission and applicable safety regulations. We may modify or withdraw any element on safety grounds or where a permission is refused.
Photography and media
We may photograph or film our work at your event and use those images in our portfolio, website and social media. Tell us in writing before the event if you would prefer us not to, and we will respect that.
Force majeure
We are not liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, weather, government orders, restrictions on gatherings, strikes, or venue shutdowns. In such cases we will work with you to reschedule where possible.
Limitation of liability
Our total liability arising out of any booking is limited to the amount paid by you to us for that event. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Intellectual property
All designs, drawings, concepts, photographs and website content are our intellectual property and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan have exclusive jurisdiction.
